Camping and Survival
U.S. Cavalry has all the camping and survival gear you need for almost any situation. Starting with three Eureka military and foul weather tents.

The Eureka!® Combat Tent is a two-man, three-season, free-standing, double wall tent that incorporates a vapor permeable tent body with a waterproof floor and fly. Extremely important in any survival situation is the ability to stay dry, or get into a dry tent.

It also provides 20 sq. ft. of vestibule area for gear storage. Another aspect of camping and survival is the ability to store gear in a safe and assessable place.

The Combat Tent has two doors (entrance/exit openings), and using shock corded poles, requires no special tools for erection and striking. Additionally, the rain fly is adaptable for use independent of the tent body, utilizing the poles and stakes provided. Scroll down for more information and items on camping and survival. These Eureka Tents will operate in conditions from 0º to 120ºF with Ventilation for use in desert/arid environments. Minimizes internal build up of condensation and can withstand steady 40 mph winds and gusts to 55 mph. That alone could mean the difference in a camping and survival situation.

Camping and Survival In a survival situation it’s important to have a tent that allows for protection from driving rain, sand, blowing snow and provides protection from flying and crawling insects.

Has sufficient head room for changing out of wet clothes and has a rain fly covering all openings in the shelter. A rain fly prevents the escape of light and provides protection against visual and infrared light.

The rain fly when installed provides 20 sq. ft. of additional covered storage and is adaptable for use independent of the shelter, as well as having high wind guy out points for staking down the tent.

Comes with 18 pcs. 8″ Easton® Ultimate tent stakes with attached cord for extraction. The floor area alone has 38 square foot minimum, and a minimum weight of 8.5 lbs for the tent, fly and poles. This survival tent has a 45” minimum height at the apex and a 0.5 cu. ft. tent, fly, poles and repair kit.

I believe the most important piece of camping and survival gear is your shelter. Keeping dry with the ability to ride out storms in a dry area will keep you in the game much longer.
